Performance Marketing Ad Buyer

Revelations Executive Search is partnering with a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand to hire an Ad Buyer / Performance Marketing Manager.

This role is ideal for a data-driven paid media professional with strong experience scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.

The Ad Buyer will plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, ROAS, CPA, CAC, and overall marketing efficiency.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of media buying or performance marketing experience
- Proven ability to scale paid campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, DTC, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of funnel performance and acquisition costs
- A testing mindset across audiences, creative, funnels, and landing pages
- Strong communication, ownership, and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to have:

- TikTok Ads experience
- Creative strategy or performance copywriting experience
- International campaign scaling experience
- UGC-driven advertising experience
- Basic CRO and landing page optimization knowledge
