Lifestyle Marketing Manager

Revelations Executive Search is partnering with a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

This role is ideal for a lifecycle or CRM marketer with strong email, SMS, segmentation, automation, and retention experience.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own email and SMS strategy, build campaigns and flows, manage segmentation, improve deliverability, run testing, and report on lifecycle performance.

What we are looking for:

• 3 to 5+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience

• Strong email marketing experience

• SMS experience in e-commerce preferred

• Experience driving revenue, retention, and customer LTV

• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp and HubSpot

• Klaviyo or Braze experience preferred

• Strong analytical skills

• Google Analytics experience helpful

• Strong copy sensibility

• Basic HTML for email edits

• Mobile-first design and UX awareness

• Knowledge of email and SMS compliance

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice to have:

• Clean beauty, skincare, wellness, or supplements experience

• Quiz funnel experience

• UGC or influencer content experience

• Interest in sustainability and wellness

• Salary range: $90,000 to $130,000
