IT Intern

The Corporate IT Service Delivery Support Engineer Intern is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal employees at RF-SMART. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, responding to user inquiries, and ensuring IT-related problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Duration: 8/17/2026 - 12/11/2026
• Hours: 20-25 hours/week
• Pay: $20 per hour

• → Provide first-line technical support to employees across corporate IT systems, including endpoint management, asset management, identity and access, productivity and collaboration, and conference room AV
• →Triage and resolve tickets through the ITSM platform
• →Maintain knowledge base documentation
• →Execute onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning workflows
• →Perform identity and access management tasks including user account lifecycle and password resets
• →Provision and deploy end-user equipment; support conference room setup
• →Escalate complex issues to senior team members while building independent diagnostic skills
• →Perform technical work under close supervision while building hands-on fluency across the platform stack
