Software Support Engineer Internship (NetSuite) - Summer 2027

RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program is more than a resume builder. It's a 12-week, full-time, immersive experience designed to give you real work, real responsibility, and real access to leaders across the organization. From day one, you'll be embedded in a team contributing to projects that support our mission of making a difference and changing lives.

The Software Support Intern is responsible for collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session. A solid foundation in JavaScript is required.

• →p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• →p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Debug and resolve issues to help maintain reliable, high-quality software
• →p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Gain hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud
• →p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Learn what it takes to ship real software in a fast-paced, team-oriented engineering environment

• Foundational knowledge in JavaScript
• Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
• Considered a junior or senior by credit hours
• Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship

We intentionally design your experience to accelerate your growth. Each week includes approximately 5–6 hours of dedicated learning and development activities including:

• Foundations onboarding program
• CliftonStrengths assessment to discover your natural talents
• Professional development workshops on communication, presentation skills, and workplace presence
• Weekly intern standups with our Organizational Development team
• LinkedIn Learning access for ongoing skill building
• A collaborative group innovation project that spans over the duration of the summer

Through our Meet the Leader series, you'll hear directly from company leaders about their career journeys, industry insights, and professional advice. These sessions are interactive and built to help you form real connections inside the organization.

During the summer, you'll participate in:

• Intern Alumni Panel and networking mixer
• Volunteer service event(s)
• National Intern Day celebration
• Social events and companywide team member activities

• Duration: May 10, 2027 – July 30, 2027 (12 weeks)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay: $25 per hour
• Location: Jacksonville, FL
• Open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and May/Spring graduates
