Ridango builds the hardware and software that powers fare payments and real-time operations for public transport operators across Europe, the Middle East and Asia — systems millions of people rely on every day. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be the person our business customers turn to when things need fixing.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting business customers with technical insight and keeping the motor running for daily operations regarding our ticketing systems, real-time solutions, and onboard hardware.
- Digging into application and device logs to identify the root cause of problems — not just the symptom.
- Testing solutions yourself so you can give customers informed, confident answers.
- Collaborating with multiple development teams and client-facing technical account managers to tackle every kind of request, tame the tricky ones, and send clients off smiling.
What we're looking for:
- A genuine interest in IT systems and how things work under the hood.
- Strong written and spoken English and Estonian — clear communication matters in this role.
- The patience to put yourself in a customer's position before you respond.
- Comfort with on-call duty when incidents need urgent attention.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with REST APIs or SQL.
- Experience with Jira.
