Role Overview:

• →5+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or professional services industries
• →Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 
• →Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS) and multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
• →Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls in a growing organisation
• →Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
• →Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
• →Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of financial governance
• →Effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and leadership teams
• →High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information
