Responsibilities
~3 min readTraining, Procedures & Professional Standards
- →Complete all required Rimes‑mandated training within expected timeframes.
- →Follow defined procedures and operational standards to support consistent service delivery.
Service Flow Monitoring & Operational Delivery
- →Monitor daily service flows using internal tools (e.g. EDM Service Monitor, Feed Admin, Excel‑based trackers).
- →Support timely resolution of service issues by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- →Work to defined KPIs when responding to EDM Masterfile issues, escalating when additional support is required.
Exceptions & Data Quality Management
- →Resolve data exceptions as a Maker, following documented processes.
- →Perform peer review for simple cases (e.g. ID match issues, satisfy failures, simple FARREVENTS or overrides).
- →Support remediation of EDM Masterfile issues and escalate complex items to senior colleagues.
Client & Stakeholder Query Handling (RSD)
- →Acknowledge and resolve non‑complex client and internal queries.
- →Perform initial investigation before escalating queries to subject matter experts where required.
- →Raise client delay notifications when service workflows are impacted.
Incident Management
- →Create incident tickets for service disruptions and coordinate with internal teams to support resolution.
- →Escalate incidents appropriately to minimize operational and client impact.
Controls & Compliance
- →Adhere to operational controls and risk‑management standards.
- →Escalate control breaches or near‑misses promptly to senior team members.
Reporting & Documentation
- →Refresh and maintain standard operational reports.
- →Perform MDS environment status checks and document findings accurately.
Workload & Service Discipline
- →Manage personal workload effectively to meet daily operational commitments and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- →A recent graduate with a technical or data‑related background; or
- →Someone with early‑career experience in EDM Services or similar data ingestion and processing environments.
- →Curious, proactive, and eager to expand knowledge in financial data, workflows, and client delivery.
- →Comfortable analyzing problems, following structured processes, and learning from senior team members
- →Amenable to work in BGC Taguig, APAC Shift and 2-3x a week RTO.
- →Foundational understanding of EDM Services and how they support client outcomes, with ability to explain standard workflows.
- →Understanding of end‑to‑end data workflows and common failure points under guidance.
- →Use core operational tools confidently and learns diagnostic tooling with support.
- →Works effectively within the team and across regions following defined escalation paths.
- →Develop foundational Python skills to support analysis and operational reporting.
- →Gain working exposure to core datasets and how they are used by clients.
- →Build experience executing controls and understanding oversight expectations.
- →Build confidence operating in a fast‑paced environment with guidance.
