The Opportunity: 

As a Graduate Analyst at Rimes, you will get thorough 8 months training by experiencing what is it to be a Services Operations Analyst, Performance Analyst, Data Operations Analyst, or Implementation Analyst with four different teams which is going to be useful before you land on your final team. 

Service Operations Analyst- provides comprehensive support to global clients 24/7. Our client services team proactively monitors exceptions related to timeliness and data quality using a systematic approach, while also managing evolving client priorities and inquiries. The team are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience through prompt communication and effective incident response 

Performance - research complex issues associated with financial calculations, covering a wide array of asset types. Ensures data quality for different asset types is sufficient through the creation and maintenance of validation checks. Research complex issues associated with financial calculations and coordinate with data team and providers as necessary. 

Data - plays a critical role in maintaining and supporting our suite of financial data products. The team works to ensure high data quality across a broad range of asset classes by optimizing data infrastructure and resolving client inquiries. They also engage directly with data providers to investigate anomalies and clarify methodologies. Their work is essential to delivering accurate, reliable, and trusted data to our clients worldwide 

Data Service Ops - are responsible for diagnosing late data, processing, and pipeline issue in the foundational datasets. The team must do so quickly and subsequently liaise with Data Partners or with internal development or client facing teams. During this process there is also a responsibility to ensure that information is clear for clients to keep informed on the progress, and that requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 

Implementation - plays a pivotal role in translating client requirements into tailored solutions within the Rimes infrastructure. Through structured implementation projects, the team ensures that data feeds and workflows are configured to meet each client’s specific needs. Working in close collaboration with Solution Consultants, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, Implementation specialists act as the bridge between client expectations and technical delivery—ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. 

What you will do: 

• Support the suite of Rimes products and services 

• Provide customers with key information and analytical solutions 

• Performance attribution analysis support 

• Risk management support 

• Compliance support 

• Ensure delivery of service in line with KPIs 

• Creating mapped records between indices 

• Manually augmenting data to maintain database integrity 

• Creation and maintenance of benchmark validation checks 

• Monitoring of data quality checks 

Who you are: 

• Have effective analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal English) and strong interpersonal and organisational skills 

• Ability to work within a team, as well as independently 

• Graduate calibre, preferably mathematics, finance, engineering or a related field 

• Sound working knowledge of financial spreadsheets and financial databases and applications 

• High proficiency with MS Excel 

• Python or any other programming language will be considered a plus 

• Knowledge and understanding of equity and fixed income indices will be considered a plus 

• AI-aware and tool-adaptable. Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to accelerate investigation, while applying sound judgement. 
• Rapid learner in changing environments. Quick to learn new workflows and systems, adapting to tooling changes and making effective use of automation.
