EDM Managed Services - Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities 

• Monitor daily data service flows using internal tools (e.g., EDM systems, Excel trackers)  

• Identify and support resolution of data flow issues within defined SLAs/KPIs 

• Resolve data exceptions (e.g., ID matching, validation failures) following SOPs 

• Conduct basic peer reviews and escalate complex issues 

• Handle non-complex client/internal queries and provide initial investigation 

• Escalate issues appropriately and communicate delays when needed 

• Raise and track incident tickets for service disruptions 

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution 

• Follow operational controls and risk standards 

• Maintain reports, perform system checks, and document findings accurately 

• Manage individual workload to meet daily operational commitments 

Qualifications & Experience (Ideal Profile) 

• Bachelor’s degree in:  

• IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field 

• Fresh Graduates 

• OR early-career experience in:  

• 1-2 yrs experience in Data operations / data processing / EDM / financial services 

• Can work with APAC schedule with 2-3x a week RTO
