The Rimes Technologies Infrastructure Team is the very heart of the Technology Organization, its primary objectives to ensure that the Technology in use by Rimes customers is innovative, reliable, performant, scalable and secure. Delivering world class Customer experience for our both External and Internal users to the Rimes Corporation.

Rimes delivers its technology from both our own datacenter and the Cloud. 

We are currently recruiting for a infrastructure Engineer to join our global Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with a global presence and significant growth potential. 

• →Deliver hands-on infrastructure work across on-prem and cloud platforms, supporting both day-to-day operations and project delivery
• →Build, configure, and maintain infrastructure components in Microsoft Azure, following agreed standards and best practices
• →Support and operate VMware-based environments, including compute, storage, and associated services
• →Use Infrastructure as Code to build and maintain Infrastructure, primarily using Terraform, with changes managed through GitHub
• →Follow established processes for change management, patching, and deployment, ensuring work is well documented and production ready
• →Actively participate in incident response, problem investigation, and service improvement activities
• →Accurately track and update work in Jira and Tempo, ensuring visibility of progress, discovered work, and blockers

• Proven experience supporting hybrid infrastructure, including on-prem and cloud platforms
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including core services and networking fundamentals.
• Strong working knowledge of VMware virtualisation & Enterprise storage (SAN) Platforms.
• Solid Infrastructure fundamentals, including windows server 2019/2022 and core services (AD,DNS,DHCP)
• Practical, hands-on experience using Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform using github
• Experience delivering infrastructure changes through structured processes (Jira, change control, documentation)
• Strong Communication, Incident participation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and escalate when required. 

• Familiarity with automation tools beyond Terraform (e.g. Ansible)
• AWS exposure
• Databricks or data-platform adjacent experience
• Microsoft SQL Server exposure
• Relevant certifications (Azure, VMware, Networking)

• We offer a flexible hybrid work setup with in-office attendance twice a week, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Manila local time).
