Home Team is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations across a portion of its North Carolina portfolio. In this role, you’ll support the Operations Manager in managing roughly 25–30 properties. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison for housekeeping and maintenance vendors, while also helping drive Home Team’s preventative maintenance programs.

This position requires solid experience managing work orders, coordinating vendors, sourcing solutions, maintaining quality standards, overseeing property operations, and providing outstanding customer service. The Property Manager will manage multiple priorities simultaneously and may occasionally travel to support local and regional properties.
