Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. • →Have a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or related field (for example, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Family Studies, and/or Human Development).
• →Have at least 2 years of experience working directly with at risk-youth in a residential home, juvenile detention, or treatment facility setting. 
• →Be at least 21 years of age.
• →Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• →Be able to pass a search of the Child Abuse Central Registry.
• →Have a valid driver's license. 

Internal applicants must have been employed by Rite of Passage for 1 year and have no less than standard performance/no corrective disciplinary actions within the past 6 months.

External applicants must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience as a full-time employee (or 2,080 hours of supervisory experience) with at-risk youth in a residential home, juvenile detention, or treatment facility setting.
