- Building and reviewing client tax plans and projections
- Assisting the Tax Manager with income tax filing for 300+ individuals
- Developing experience and proficiency in income tax filing matters
- Working with advisors to develop tax strategies to achieve clients’ financial goals
- Ensuring that invoices are in agreement with client billing arrangements & records
- Preparing/reviewing financial statements and reporting packages, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; investigating variances and trends
- You pay attention to details
- You are organized, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- You like solving problems, taking on new challenges, and finding creative solutions
- You enjoy helping people and helping clients reach their financial goals
- You write well, speak eloquently, and can explain just about anything to anyone
- You think on your feet and love learning new things
- You are motivated, driven, and always volunteer for new challenges
- You are comfortable collaborating with diversified distributed teams and roles in a remote environment
- Have 1-5 years of experience in either public accounting, tax filing, tax planning, or financial planning
- Be excited to tackle tax-related projects and solve individual tax issues
- Be computer-savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative ease
Nice to Have

- Schwab, Fidelity, or equivalent brokerage platform
- Orion or other portfolio management platform
- Salesforce (or equivalent client resource manager)
What We Offer
