Licensed Nursing Assistant, 2nd Shift

• →Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
• →Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• →Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• →Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment

New or soon-to-be licensed LNAs are encouraged to apply.

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
• CPR certification required
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
