Position: Dispatcher

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Additionally, one Saturday per month

Pay: $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Handle technician dispatching efficiently to support daily operations
• Answer incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
• Schedule jobs and maintain accurate records using ServiceTitan
• Monitor job progress and communicate updates as needed
• Respond calmly and professionally to emergency situations
• Serve as a key communication link between customers and field staff

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dispatcher experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Organized, calm under pressure, and a team player
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
