Responsibilities

→Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
→Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
→Identify and troubleshoot basic machining or quality issuesComplete preventative maintenance to support safe and consistent machine performance
→Perform visual inspections using microscopes as requiredUse precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and pressure micrometers
→Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements
→Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&TPerform tool changes and make adjustments to maintain part quality
→Partner with team members to meet production and quality goals

Requirements

Operator experience with Milling CNC machines
Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using a microscope
Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer

Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments
Previous experience with tight tolerances
Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines
Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines
Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines
