We are looking for a Sr Sales Executive to join our team in Buenos Aires. If you have a strong commercial mindset, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and are driven by performance, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to ensure coordinated efforts that meet commercial goals and maximize results.

  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations during client meetings and assess their needs to propose tailored solutions.

  • Apply strong negotiation skills to close deals, manage budgets, and oversee related administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to maximize value from current clients.
  • Partner with internal teams (Partnerships, Marketing) to organize events and align lead generation efforts.

  • Keep your sales pipeline clear and updated in HubSpot, working transparently towards the team’s goals.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the App Growth or Ad Tech industry.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).

  • Good level of English (written and spoken).
