We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help industrialize advanced autonomous charging systems. In this role, you ensure new products move smoothly from development into reliable, high-quality production — with a strong focus on manufacturability, quality, and collaboration.

Rocsys relies on your contribution to the product introduction and manufacturing process on technical, process and / or design level. You help delivering new products to the market and maintain their Manufacturing process along with the complete product lifecycle. You contribute to a quality and LEAN focused culture.
The ultimate goal is to conceptualize, design and industrialize (together with other departments within Rocsys) products or Manufacturing lines that fulfill the strategic goals of the company. While having a constant focus on the best output quality possible, you assure our products are always up to defined specifications.
As Manufacturing Engineer, you play a key role in translating product designs into scalable and stable production processes. You work closely with R&D, Quality, and Process Engineering to ensure successful industrialization of new products throughout their lifecycle.
You help shape a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement, contributing directly to making products robust, manufacturable, and ready for scale.
In this role, you lead Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews and drive improvement actions, develop and optimize manufacturing tooling and assembly solutions, and support the design and implementation of production lines and workflows. You also ensure tooling quality and compliance with relevant standards through structured audits and reviews.
