Our Rondo Heat Batteries turn low-cost renewable electricity into continuous, high-temperature heat and power, enabling industrial facilities to replace fossil-fired boilers without costly process changes. The result is lower-cost, zero-carbon industrial energy delivered safely, reliably, and at 98% efficiency.

Responsibilities

→Degree in engineering discipline (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, etc. - this is not a software position)
→10+ years experience in O&M or asset management in energy or industrial environments
→Strong leadership and team building skills
→Ability to thrive with intellectual challenges and in dealing with ambiguity
→Excellent communication and negotiation skills
→Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
→Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and able to independently drive projects
→Enthusiasm for and experience providing excellent customer service
→Proven experience prioritizing and resolving time-critical operational issues
→Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel internationally as required
→Passion for safety and environmental stewardship
→Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus
→Valid driver’s license
