Job Title: BDC Representative
Location: Lehighton Kia – Lehighton, PA

Position Overview:
Lehighton Kia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to support our dealership’s sales and service operations. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communication, setting appointments, and ensuring consistent follow-up to drive traffic into the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Conduct outbound follow-up with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet daily and monthly activity and appointment goals

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Compensation

• Competitive pay based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Includes weekdays and Saturdays
• One weekday off
• Sundays off
