About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Part-Time/Fractional Growth Marketing Associate to support multiple growing brands operating across different industries and international markets.
This is not a social media manager role. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate measurable business traction using a combination of digital marketing, paid ads, analytics, AI tools, audience targeting, and practical growth experimentation.
The ideal person is comfortable working across multiple brands, thinking strategically, testing ideas quickly, analysing performance data, and improving campaigns based on results rather than assumptions.
You should be confident managing low-budget and growth-stage marketing activity, with the ability to maximise performance and ROI even when resources are limited.
This is a remote, fractional role suited to someone who is proactive, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and highly responsive.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands
- →Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others where relevant
- →Analyse campaign performance and provide structured weekly reporting with actionable insights
- →Monitor key performance metrics, including engagement, lead quality, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and campaign effectiveness
- →Support audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign testing strategies
- →Develop practical growth strategies suitable for growth-stage and limited-budget environments
- →Use AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency, campaign ideation, content generation, testing, and analysis
- →Collaborate directly with the founder on marketing priorities, experiments, and growth opportunities
- →Recommend and implement improvements based on data and performance trends
- →Support light-touch CRM coordination where necessary, but this is not a CRM administration role
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid ads, or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing and optimising paid ad campaigns directly
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Demonstrated ability to improve campaign performance through testing and data analysis
- Experience working with growth-stage businesses, startups, agencies, or lean marketing environments
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems proactively
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimisation
- Highly organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable using AI-powered marketing and productivity tools
- Experience working across multiple brands or clients is highly desirable
