Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Requirements 

• Level 1 ACCA or CAT Level 3.
• 3–5 years of accounts receivable/accounting experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.
  
• Valid Police Clearance.
  
• 2 Professional References.
  
• Driver License (Optional).

Duties

• Supervise accounts receivable operations and staff.
• Monitor invoices, collections, and overdue accounts.
  
• Resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues.
  
• Prepare receivable and aging reports for management.
  
• Ensure accurate records and compliance with company procedures.
