Junior Executive – Creative Designer

We are currently seeking a Junior Executive – Creative Designer to join our Group Marketing Team. This role involves crafting compelling visual content, supporting photography and videography for events, and representing the marketing department during academic and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital ads Create engaging digital assets such as social media graphics and infographics Shoot and edit short videos for digital platforms and promotional campaigns Collaborate on campaigns to ensure alignment with brand identity and objectives Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines Stay current with design trends and best practices Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines Support photography and videography for events and promotional activities Representing the marketing department during academic and promotional events Requirements Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the education sector or a related field A creative mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork and innovation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Familiarity with video editing and photography is essential Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
