Are you a creative marketing professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our creative department. This is a great opportunity for a creative professional who is passionate about craft, keen to learn, and ready to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences through campaigns, content creation, and Village's broader creative brand initiatives.

• →Provide production support for brand campaigns and content across the business
• →Produce and adapt creative assets across digital, social, POS, digital signage, and in-cinema formats.
• →Assist on photo and video shoots, including on-set logistics, asset organisation, and post-shoot cataloguing.
• →Assist with social and digital content production, including asset resizing and format adaptation.

• A tertiary qualification or current study in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills.
• An ability to take direction and apply feedback constructively.
• A basic understanding of digital and print production processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
