With a history spanning 50 years, the Royal Institute is recognised as a trailblazer in the education sector, consistently delivering high-quality education to students. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Senior Executive – Student Enrolments. In the crucial role, the potential candidate is involved in developing and implementing strategies to attract and enrol prospective students, as well as overseeing administrative functions to support the efficient functioning of the institute. Key Responsibilities: Enrolment Management Achieve or exceed enrolment targets Handle incoming leads from various sources (hotline, social media, Google, and WhatsApp) and assign them to counsellors on a rotational basis. Maintain accurate databases of leads, walk-in customers and other relevant data. Reporting and Analysis Ensure data accuracy for timely report generation. Plan and schedule campaigns to reach target audiences. Events Ensure the required number of participants attend allocated events. Student Services Act as the main liaison for student enquiries, issues and grievances, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. Collaborate with academic coordinators, institute personnel and support staff to meet student requirements and enrich their overall experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years of work experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in higher education. Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a relevant field. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Knowledge of student recruitment strategies, admissions processes, and enrollment management best practices. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in office software applications, student information systems, and database management.
