With a strong focus on academic excellence, industry relevance, and student success, RIC provides a dynamic and supportive environment for both students and professionals. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced visiting lecturer for our academic panel. Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field) with minimum of 5 years of industry/teaching experience or; A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field) with a minimum of 1 year of industry/teaching experience. Prior lecturing or teaching experience in higher education is highly preferred. Proficiency in automation software tools related to robotics, including Kuka software. Excellent command of English – both written and spoken. Job Description Demonstrate unwavering commitment to teaching and consistently strive for excellence in instructional methods. Minimise lecture cancellations and rescheduling, ensuring regular and dependable course delivery. Engage in mentoring and provide academic support to students as needed, ensuring their academic success and development. Adhere to all institutional policies and guidelines set by the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA).
