Job Summary
The Data Analyst plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s reporting and analytics capabilities. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, improving data quality and consistency, integrating information across multiple systems, and transforming complex data into clear, reliable insights that support business and leadership decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on data professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with BI and reporting tools, and the ability to identify data inconsistencies and develop practical solutions. This individual should be comfortable working with multiple data sources, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and translating business needs into meaningful reports, metrics, and visualizations.

Job Summary
The Data Analyst plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s reporting and analytics capabilities. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, improving data quality and consistency, integrating information across multiple systems, and transforming complex data into clear, reliable insights that support business and leadership decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on data professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with BI and reporting tools, and the ability to identify data inconsistencies and develop practical solutions. This individual should be comfortable working with multiple data sources, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and translating business needs into meaningful reports, metrics, and visualizations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build, refine, and maintain dashboards and reports for departments and firm leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems.
- Build and maintain data connections and pipelines across multiple business platforms.
- Develop repeatable ETL and data-preparation processes.
- Improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and overall reporting quality.
- Translate business questions into data models, metrics, reports, and visualizations.
- Help consolidate reporting into a consistent, governed analytics environment.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3–7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, BI development, reporting, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using modern BI platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources.
- Experience with ETL, data preparation, and data integrations/pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- Ability to define and standardize KPIs and establish reliable sources of truth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Domo experience is a plus, particularly experience with dashboards, datasets, Magic ETL, and administration. Experience with Power BI, Litify/Salesforce, DocuWare, Genesys, data governance, or data quality practices is also beneficial.
- Legal or professional services experience is a plus but not required.
