We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex initiatives across our gambling platform, focusing on core systems such as KYC, payments, geolocation, and compliance-critical user journeys.

This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant execution across the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Product.

Responsibilities

→Lead delivery of platform-focused initiatives (e.g., payments, KYC, geolocation, regulatory integrations) across the SSDLC
→Coordinate across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Product to ensure seamless execution of user-critical platform capabilities
→Manage cross-functional and integration-heavy projects, including third-party vendors and internal platform teams
→Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with security, regulatory, and operational requirements
→Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, particularly in compliance-sensitive and high-dependency environments
→Ensure transparency through clear reporting, documentation, and delivery metrics

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
5+ years of experience delivering technical/platform or infrastructure-heavy projects
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., fintech, payments, gaming, compliance-driven platforms) is a strong plus
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and platform architecture concepts
Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and external vendors
Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery models and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
