Saatchi Art Group helps people discover, experience, and collect art they love—whether in person or online— while empowering emerging artists around the world to make a living through their artwork. The Other Art Fair is an accessible international art event that connects independent artists directly with art enthusiasts looking to add to, or begin, their art collection.The Saatchi Art online marketplace helps art lovers easily find and purchase original art and prints by artists across the globe on their own or with the assistance of a complimentary Art Advisor. And the Hospitality Art Advisory team provides expert art consulting and bespoke art curation services for trade professionals across hospitality, residential, corporate, and healthcare categories.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives across multiple markets
- Build and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo, maintaining our brand voice
- Support ticketing platforms (Universe, Eventbrite, etc.), including link creation, promo codes, and campaign tracking via UTM links
- Conduct research to support marketing strategy and audience outreach
- Coordinate cross-functional communications with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Track and manage tasks for the design team using project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Update the company website and assist in content management
- Create post-event performance reports and track campaign success
- Manage administrative marketing tasks, including reporting, planning, and organization
- Work independently while collaborating with the broader marketing team to execute projects efficiently
- 3+ years professional experience in marketing or event marketing
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Klaviyo, Slack, Bitly, project management apps, and Wordpress
- Experience with ticketing platforms such as Universe or Eventbrite
- Strong copywriting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience creating and using UTM links for campaign tracking and reporting
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, but confident working independently
- Bonus: Experience in arts or events industries, with a passion for creative sectors
- Availability to travel for 4–5 days at a time to support US fairs
