Role Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join our Software Engineering team within the AI Practice. This role will be instrumental in engineering, enhancing and supporting a real‑time voice application underpinned by Generative AI technologies.

You will contribute across both project delivery and production support, including participation in an out‑of‑hours callout rota. The role focuses on building complex asynchronous systems using modern Python frameworks, integrating enterprise platforms, and ensuring reliable operation of a mission‑critical solution for a major financial services client.

This role is customer‑facing and will include direct engagement with client technical teams, solution architects and delivery stakeholders.
