About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across Vietnam while supporting global hiring initiatives across the United States, Australia, and remote teams. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Beyond recruitment, this position plays an important role in maintaining accurate workforce data, supporting BambooHR administration, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to broader HR operations. The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a passion for building scalable people processes.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for Vietnam and support global hiring initiatives
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, role expectations, and success criteria
• Create and maintain compelling job descriptions aligned with Safetrust's employer brand
• Manage job postings through BambooHR ATS and external recruiting platforms
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and job boards
• Screen resumes and conduct structured phone and video interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple time zones
• Support hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Prepare employment offers and hiring documentation in compliance with local requirements
• Maintain recruitment records, approvals, and candidate documentation within BambooHR
• Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring effectiveness

BambooHR & HR Systems Administration

• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within BambooHR
• Ensure onboarding, employment changes, transfers, promotions, and separations are accurately reflected in the system
• Support HR workflows, approvals, and documentation management
• Assist with system audits, reporting, and data quality reviews
• Help maintain data integrity across BambooHR modules and HR processes
• Support user access management and system administration activities

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, recognition activities, and company events
• Assist with employee surveys, feedback collection, and engagement action plans
• Help promote participation in company-sponsored programs and team-building activities
• Support communications that reinforce Safetrust's culture, values, and employee experience

Training & Development

• Coordinate employee training assignments and learning programs
• Track training completion and compliance requirements
• Support onboarding and manager development initiatives
• Assist with administration of training records and learning resources

HR Operations & Cross-Training

• Cross-train with the Global HR Generalist to build knowledge across employee lifecycle processes
• Provide backup support for onboarding, offboarding, policy administration, and HR operations
• Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities from hire through separation
• Support global HR programs and special projects as assigned

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate and maintain HR and recruiting reports
• Support development of dashboards and workforce metrics
• Monitor recruiting performance and hiring trends
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of workforce reporting data
  

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of talent acquisition or in-house recruiting experience in Vietnam
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting cross-functional and global teams
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using BambooHR ATS and HRIS
• Experience supporting HR operations or HR systems administration
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, product, or manufacturing talent
• Experience working within a growing or scaling organization
• Knowledge of Vietnam labor market trends and recruiting best practices
