We are a busy, warm, and high-energy family with our infant, at the heart of our home. With two demanding careers, our days move quickly, and we value having thoughtful, dependable support that allows our home and family life to feel a little more seamless.
Our daughter is at such a fun and important stage of development, and finding someone who genuinely enjoys being with her is incredibly important to us. We want someone who will get on the floor and play, read with her, talk to her, encourage new skills, and be truly present and engaged. Infant experience and an understanding of child development are strongly valued, as we'd love for this person to build a relationship with her now and continue supporting her as she grows and her needs evolve.
Our household is active, but we care about creating a home that feels organized, intentional, and well cared for. We have a biweekly house cleaner and occasional childcare support, but we're looking for someone who can become a consistent presence in our lives — helping us stay ahead of the details, bringing order to the everyday, and stepping in wherever they're most needed.
More than anything, we're looking for someone we can trust, communicate openly with, and welcome as a valued part of our family's rhythm for years to come.
You are someone who genuinely lights up around babies and understands that caring for an infant is about so much more than simply keeping them safe and on schedule. You are warm, playful, attentive, and engaged: someone who naturally talks, reads, plays, and interacts in ways that encourage development and curiosity. You have hands-on infant experience, understand age-appropriate milestones, and are excited to support her through each new stage as she grows.
At the same time, you bring a true House Manager mindset to the home. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally notice what needs attention before someone has to ask. Whether that means restocking a household staple, creating a system for an overflowing drawer, getting the home ready for the cleaners, staying ahead of laundry, or noticing something that would make our family's week run more smoothly, you take initiative and follow through.
You are a strong, proactive communicator who knows how to read the room. You're comfortable taking direction and respecting our preferences while also having the confidence and judgment to independently handle what falls within your role. You're dependable, thoughtful, safety-conscious, and invested in building trust.
Most importantly, you're looking for more than your next position. You're excited by the opportunity to build a lasting relationship with our family, become a trusted presence and grow alongside us.
