We are a busy family with two active children, ages 14 and 16, who participate in year-round sports. We are seeking help with household management to ease the demands of our hectic schedules. Both parents work full-time: one with a flexible office schedule, and the other in-office two days a week and in surgery on other days. Our home also includes a small, friendly dog and a pet rabbit, with the kids managing animal care.
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and highly organized individual to assist with a variety of tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and helping with the logistics of getting the kids to/from sports practices and occasional appointments. While childcare is not a primary need with our older kids, we value someone who is comfortable with children, can offer light supervision, and assist with transportation. If this sounds like a good fit, we would love to meet you!
We need a flexible, dependable, and detail-oriented House Manager & Family Assistant to support our busy household. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to take charge of daily tasks independently. You should have experience with children, be comfortable handling meal prep and grocery shopping, and have a strong focus on organization. A love for animals, particularly dogs, is a bonus. The role requires someone who can step in with minimal direction and adjust to the ever-changing needs of an active family.
- Trustworthy & Reliable: You should have a strong track record for reliability and integrity.
- Organized & Proactive: Ability to handle laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping, and household organization.
- Communication: Clear, efficient communicator, with the ability to adapt to changes in the family’s schedule.
- Comfortable with Children & Animals: Experience in managing a household with both children and pets.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Willing to take on additional tasks as needed and adjust to family schedules.
