Household Manager (with Administrative & Meal Prep Focus)

• →Prepare dinner for children 5 nights/week and for parents 3 nights/ week
• →Support food introduction plan, introducing one new food per week, for children
• →Grocery shopping for pantry staples and recipe ingredients
• →Follow dietary needs and food preferences for particular eaters
• →Kitchen cleanup and maintenance

• Partner with the family to create and maintain household organization systems
• Daily resets: dishes, surfaces, high-traffic vacuuming, and prepping the home for the weekly cleaning service
• Seasonal décor swaps
• Holiday, birthday, and event prep
• Packing and unpacking for family travel
• Organizational projects (boardgames, toys/legos, gear, closets)

• Maintain and restock pantry, refrigerator, and household supplies
• Handle returns, dry cleaning, and gift shopping
• Mail and package management; break down and dispose of boxes

• Oversee cleaners, contractors, landscapers
• Research and coordinate repairs and quotes

• School pickup and activity transport for kids as needed
• Additional childcare support as needed
• Kid-related errands as needed

• Wash, fold, and organize kids laundry as needed
• Maintain tidy and well stocked laundry areas
