Hands-on Learning: Work alongside experienced electricians to gain practical experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Safety Protocols: Learn and adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
Assist in Job Execution: Support the execution of electrical projects, including wiring, troubleshooting, and system installations.
Tools and Equipment: Become proficient in handling and maintaining electrical tools and equipment.
Code Compliance: Familiarize yourself with electrical codes and regulations, ensuring all work meets industry standards.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 1 year to 2 years of required experience.

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Enrollment in or completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program is a plus.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems and components. Eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
Safety Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety guidelines.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from experienced electricians.
Adaptability: Willingness to work in various environments and conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Punctuality: Dependable and punctual attendance.

Availability to work Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM (or until daily task are complete)

Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 based on experience and knowledge.
