→Experience managing the full fulfillment lifecycle rather than performing only one step in a highly automated process.
→Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
→Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
→High level of initiative and the ability to work independently without constant direction.
→Ability to adapt quickly when priorities or order volume change.
→Reliable availability Monday through Friday during the required schedule.
