Seasonal Data Entry Assistant-H.R.

• →Receive and review accuracy of all data from on-line seasonal applications.
• →Enter bell ringer new hires into the HRIS.
• →Conduct background checks as needed.
• →Maintain electronic files and folders for all personnel and hiring documents for bell ringers.
• →Assist with payroll of bell ringers, as needed and instructed.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• Some college required with education in HR or administration preferred.
• Previous administrative experience, ideally in an HR environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in editing and formatting documents
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
• Willingness to learn new software as needed

• Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
