Manage and update digital content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaigns. Support email copy creation and CRM execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience.

• Update and manage digital content using CMS tools such as WordPress and Strapi, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business campaigns.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement content updates efficiently.

• Support email copy creation and CRM campaign execution (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

• Validate content before publication and ensure timely updates based on campaign calendars.

• Support the resolution of content-related issues and maintain clear documentation of processes and changes.

• 3+ years of experience in digital content management for web and mobile platforms, using CMS tools such as WordPress and Strapi.

• Familiarity with content publishing workflows and structured content management.

• Understanding of digital campaigns, promotions, and content operations.

• Knowledge or experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, design).

• Comfort working in fast-paced, operational environments with deadlines.
