As an Influencer Marketing for SAMY, you will take a leadership role in managing and strategizing influencer campaigns and activations. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will provide strategic insights and creative solutions to meet campaign briefs. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Strategic Campaign Development: Receive briefs and work collaboratively with the brand and SAMY teams to develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.
Influencer Selection and Management: Identify and select the best influencer profiles, create detailed content calendars, and ensure content meets high-quality standards and requirements.
Campaign Performance Oversight: Supervise daily campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to maximize results.
Event Coordination: Provide leadership and support during events and brand activations, ensuring seamless coordination between influencers and the brand.
Problem Resolution: Lead the resolution of any issues during campaign execution, demonstrating a proactive and strategic approach.
Results Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate influencer results, develop insights, and identify valuable opportunities for the client, working with the data team for enhanced social listening perspectives.
Legal and Financial Management: Oversee all legal and financial matters related to assigned brands, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Workflow Enhancement: Continuously identify and propose improvements in the workflow between the brand, agency, and influencers.
Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of strategic campaign management.
Skills: Advanced social media knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, and high proficiency in Excel.
Attributes: Strategic thinker, highly analytical, exceptional creativity, and strong leadership skills.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and the Italian influencer landscape.
Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Languages: Italian native, english full working proficiency (written and verbal)
Have work permit in Italy and live in Milan
