As our Finance Analyst in Romania, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounting cycle for the local market, ensuring seamless compliance with Romanian GAAP and tax regulations. Working hand-in-hand with our Financial Controller, you’ll master everything from Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations to complex Journals within NetSuite. You will be the financial backbone of our Romanian operations, translating complex local data into actionable insights for our global consultancy. • Full-Cycle Accounting Ownership: Manage the end-to-end accounting process for the Romanian office, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.

• Operational Finance: Execute daily Accounts Payable (AP) operations and perform meticulous Bank Reconciliations to maintain a clear cash position.

• Journal Management: Prepare and post essential journals, including accruals, amortizations, and periodifications, ensuring a precise month-end close.

• Regulatory Compliance: Apply deep knowledge of the Romanian General Accounting Plan and local tax regulations to ensure 100% fiscal compliance.

• System Mastery (NetSuite): Navigate and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring data integrity across all financial modules.

• Cost & Campaign Integration: Track and link purchase orders (PO) to specific consultancy campaigns, providing a clear view of project costs and profitability.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work "hand-in-hand" with the Financial Controller to support reporting requirements and optimize local financial workflows.

• Bilingual Communication: Act as the local financial expert, communicating fluently in Romanian while collaborating with global stakeholders in English (C1 level).

1. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience (3+ years is a significant plus). We are looking for someone who has lived the "full cycle" and feels confident managing a country's books.

2. Full-Cycle Accounting Mastery: Deep expertise in Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, and Journal entries(including accruals, amortizations, and periodifications).

3. Local Compliance: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the Romanian General Accounting Plan and local fiscal/tax regulations.

4. Linguistic Excellence: Native or 100% fluency in Romanian combined with a C1 level of English. You will bridge the gap between local operations and our global headquarters.

5. Analytical Mindset: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously.

• NetSuite Proficiency: Previous experience with NetSuite is highly valued and will give you a significant head start in our ecosystem.

• Operational Integration: Experience working with Purchase Orders (PO) and cost-tracking systems to link financial data directly to consultancy campaigns.
