Lead and execute social media and community strategies that strengthen brand presence, engagement, and audience growth across digital platforms. This role requires a strong mix of social media strategy, community management, content analysis, and audience insights, ensuring high-quality, platform-relevant communication with excellent writing and orthography. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on community engagement, leveraging social listening, trends, and data analysis to create meaningful interactions, optimize content performance, and build strong online communities aligned with client objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with overall brand goals, including identifying key segments, defining engagement metrics, and establishing community content pillars.
Lead the development and execution of community-driven initiatives (e.g., user-generated content campaigns, creator programs) that demonstrate brand advocacy.
Use advanced social listening and sentiment analysis tools to anticipate reputational risks, identify emerging trends, and monitor the competitive landscape in real time.
Implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with client objectives and broader marketing plans.
Lead the creation of engaging, platform-specific content (text, images, video, interactive) that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand voice.
Manage team members to ensure delivery of content calendars, guaranteeing timely and strategic scheduling across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Continuously explore and implement new social media trends, tools, and technologies to improve effectiveness and drive innovation
3–5 years of experience working in advertising agencies.
Proven ability to design, implement, and embed social media strategies aligned with client goals, delivering clear outcomes in engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.
Strong ability to use data and audience insights to shape strategy and optimize campaigns.
Demonstrated experience leveraging social media to drive meaningful actions.
