The Role: 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients with current spend of less than $50,000 annually. This role is focused on new logo acquisition and expansion, retaining existing clients, building new relationships, and expanding the revenue generated from your assigned accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to increase account spend.
  • Proactively manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients within the organization.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product, to drive customer success and maximize account growth.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular reports on account status, including sales and revenue projections.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus but not essential 
  • 1-2 + years of fully cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus 
  • Prior training and experience with MEDDPICC and/or Sandler is a strong plus 
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills’

We are a hybrid workplace that recognizes the importance of flexibility while valuing in-person collaboration and relationship building. As a result, Saucers located near an office location must be able and willing to come into the office.
