The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and delivering integrated marketing activities that enhance Savills Vietnam's corporate brand and promote its business lines. This role focuses on content planning and production across owned channels, including social media, websites and EDM, while coordinating B2B and corporate events, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communications.
Working closely with business line leaders and internal teams, the Senior Marketing Executive will develop content strategies, manage campaign execution, monitor performance, and contribute to the overall marketing objectives of the company.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly content plans to promote Savills Vietnam's business lines across owned marketing channels.
- Produce and coordinate high-quality content for social media, websites, EDMs, corporate presentations and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with business line leaders to identify relevant market insights, projects and business updates for marketing communications.
- Ensure all content aligns with Savills brand guidelines, tone of voice and communication standards.
- Coordinate with the in-house design team and external vendors to produce marketing assets, including graphics, videos, photography and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives and service line promotions.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with key learnings and recommendations.
- Track marketing activities and provide regular reporting on campaign progress and performance.
- Propose, plan and organise B2B events, client seminars, corporate events, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics, speakers, marketing materials, invitations, registrations and post-event communications.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful event execution.
- Evaluate event outcomes and recommend improvements for future activities.
- Partner closely with business line leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Design and other internal teams to deliver integrated marketing activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Support other branding and corporate communication initiatives as assigned by the MarCom Manager.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing or Corporate Communications.
- Previous experience working in the real estate industry, or in marketing for real estate developers, property consultancies or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in content planning and content development across digital channels.
- Experience organising corporate or B2B events is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and website content.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CMS, email marketing platforms and project management tools is an advantage.
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
