Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Process monthly payrolls for International entities in EMEA
- →Process and review new hires, terminations, payroll file maintenance changes and deductions
- →Review timesheets, time off accruals and reports to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
- →Review and process verification of employment forms
- →Troubleshoot problems with paychecks, tax deductions, timecard issues and other payroll relatedmatters
- →Respond to questions from employees regarding paychecks, direct deposits and/or generalpayroll questions
- →Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and workcooperatively and jointly to provide high-quality customer service
- →Assist accounting with researching and resolving funding discrepancies
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in Payroll administration in a rapid growth environment
- Detail oriented and extremely well organized
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment meeting tight dealines
- Proficient PC skills including proficient at an intermediate to advance level in Excel, Word and
- Outlook, with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectivelyacross and at all levels of the organization
- Workday experience preferred
