Senior Analyst, Indirect Tax

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Indirect Tax – Serbia to help build and scale a technology-forward indirect tax operations hub that supports Rivian’s growth across products, channels, and geographies. Based in Serbia and reporting into Finance – Indirect Tax, this role anchors recurring compliance, accounting,reconciliations, and invoice/PO tax checks for indirect taxes while helping modernize how this work is structured, automated, and documented. As a connector between the Indirect Tax team, Finance, Shared Services, and external advisors, you will ensure Serbia-based processes are accurate, well-controlled,and scalable.

• Own recurring indirect tax compliance for assigned jurisdictions supported from Serbia, including preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.

• Prepare and/or post indirect tax-related journal entries.

• Perform monthly reconciliation of indirect tax-related accounts.
