Right now, we're looking for a Product Designer to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable AdTech and AI-powered platform.
The team works autonomously and close to the business, covering the full cycle: researching the problem, forming hypotheses, launching, analysing results and evolving the product.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design and evolve our product (HRM, SaaS), internal systems and enterprise interfaces
- →Independently dig into product and business problems
- →Map out user flows, information architecture and complex interfaces
- →Formulate and validate product hypotheses
- →Create design concepts and deliver final, production-ready UI mockups
- →Work with our design system and evolve existing components and patterns
- →Account for different user roles, states, edge cases and system constraints
- →Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, engineers and business stakeholders
- →Support design implementation and ensure product quality through later stages
- →Use AI tools and agents (Codex, Claude, Kimi, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, design and prototyping
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- A portfolio of real, launched products we can see
- Experience designing UI for SaaS, internal systems, admin panels or other complex interfaces
- Autonomy: you're comfortable making design decisions without constant supervision
- Ability to work fast and prioritise effectively
- Experience forming product hypotheses and working with analytics
- Strong Figma skills: Auto Layout, components and Variables are a must
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility and common web patterns
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development, and/or experience collaborating closely with developers
- Experience running Design QA
- Experience building design systems with Variables and atomic design principles
- Experience with HRM/ATS or other HR Tech products
- Experience with AI coding agents and generating interactive prototypes
