Join a team that delivers a variety of routine and some non routine clerical and accounting functions in Accounts payable or Accounts receivable. You will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, posting information and balancing in general or subsidiary ledgers. You will also be responsible for processing payments and compiling monthly closing. You will manage Vendor updates, resolve vendor queries, process supplier invoices and follow up with customers for outstanding payments. you will ensure that all Company policies and procedures are met with correct authorization and documentation as applicable. You are also required to demonstrate good judgment with respect to allocation of expenses. Deliver results through standard accounting processes in the areas of payables and receivables;. Manage Vendor accounts and process supplier invoices. Streamline processes and improve supplier relationship and efficiency.
JOB DUTIES:
- Meet daily SLA requirements.
- Review, index, and validate at least 600 documents per day with 100% accuracy, ensuring correct vendor and invoice data and maintaining an error rate below 1%.
- Process invoices, debits, and credits daily, prioritizing discount vendors
- Apply three-way matching (PO, receipt, and goods received)
- Handle complex invoices and verify data accuracy.
- Review and update SOPs and comply with SOX controls and company policies.
- Maintain data integrity and report required changes.
- Participate in the 5S+1 program and support safety and environmental systems.
- Work safely, efficiently, and ethically.
- Support additional management tasks as needed.
- Ensure quality management system effectiveness and adherence to quality policies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in 2 years in a similar position is required, finance or related
- Microsoft office and Intermediate excel skills is required
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral required.
- Organized with a strong sense of priority and commitment to deadlines.Ability to multitask, adapt to and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions with limited supervision
- Standard of excellence as it relates to timeliness, integrity, and work ethic
