Lead Management & Nurturing ● Own the complete lifecycle of leads generated via platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, including timely responses, consistent follow-ups, engagement, and qualification. ● Ensure no lead is missed, delayed, or left without proper follow-up. ● Nurture and qualify leads before handing them over to the Sales team for closure. 3. Platform Management (Upwork & Fiverr) ● Manage bidding, proposal writing, and catalog/service listings on freelance platforms. ● Create, maintain, and optimize profiles to improve visibility and lead conversion. 4. CRM & Reporting ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM systems and internal trackers. ● Track performance metrics and regularly update reports for better decision-making. 5. Collaboration & Process Alignment ● Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment on requirements. ● Continuously suggest improvements in lead generation and nurturing strategies. Requirements ● Familiarity with CRM. ● 1 -3 years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT services (Software Development and Data Analytics).
