About the Role
~1 min read- Fortnight 1 total hours: 62.5
- Fortnight 2 total hours: 68
- Fixed Term Duration: 3 months
- Roster line: 4

- Have a passion in supporting people with disability in an inclusive, respectful, and person-centred manner that meets the individual needs of each customer within the service
- Proven ability to manage behaviours of concern with a calm, confident approach
- Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative in a support environment
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Person-Centred Active Support
- Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service
- Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
- Have the ability to adapt to various situations
- Currently hold an Advanced Diploma of Disability (
or equivalence)
Requirements
~2 min read- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
