As a Senior Occupational Therapist based in Glen Waverley, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include clinic-based service development, supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver advanced Occupational Therapy interventions in clinic and community settings.
- →Drive innovation in service models and quality improvement.
- →Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
- →Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
- →Contribute to service development and research initiatives.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Expertise in evidence-based interventions for physical and intellectual disability.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
