Senior Occupational Therapist

As a Senior Occupational Therapist based in Glen Waverley, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include clinic-based service development, supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

• →Deliver advanced Occupational Therapy interventions in clinic and community settings.
• →Drive innovation in service models and quality improvement.
• →Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
• →Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
• →Contribute to service development and research initiatives.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Expertise in evidence-based interventions for physical and intellectual disability.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
